Can I use it where I live?
In 2.0, choose any of Korea’s 17 regions and save your district or building’s instructions. Local collection days, bags and fees still need checking with your building or district.
What will be free in 2.0?
Search, offline guides, furniture steps and bookmarks. Pro adds optional help identifying an item. You’ll see the price and billing terms before subscribing.
Do my photos leave my phone?
In 2.0, photos are processed on your iPhone. Pro sends only the item description you confirm. The current 1.x app uses an online photo service. Our privacy page explains both versions.
Can BinBuddy book furniture pickup?
It helps you understand the steps and gives you a Korean message to copy. Your local service handles registration, payment and collection.
